Shipping & Delivery:
All big and tall products are shipped via Canada Post. Flat fee $14.00 plus GST and PST (where applicable) on orders less than $175 (not including taxes).
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $175 or more (before taxes). Some remote addresses (air or special transit) are excluded from the above Big and Tall shipping rates – those customers will be contacted before any shipping transaction takes place.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges & Availability: Additional shipping and handling charges may apply to items that are large, bulky or require special packaging. The additional shipping and handling amount, if applicable, will be communicated by email after placing the order and prior to shipping.
Delivery: You can usually expect delivery within 3-10 business days from order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email when your order is shipped.
Faster Shipping
For orders requiring faster shipping times, please send us an email and we will get back to you with the service options and costs that are available.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. You need to contact our Customer Service team for a shipping label, return authorization number and help with packing instructions. Please email info@groversbigandtall.com.
Return shipping fees, plus any applicable oversize surcharge fees, will be deducted from the total refund. Shipping, surcharges, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
Shipping on return big and tall items will be at your expense. Goods must be in resellable new condition. Pet hair, odor (smoke etc), washed product or removal of manufacture tags will void any return.
To ensure that a package arrives at our facility in the same condition as you received it, our Customer Service team can provide detailed packing advice.
Return shipments may take up to 14 business days to process.
International Customers:
Please contact us for further shipping details to the U.S.A, and international locations as deliveries will be subject to additional charges.
